Hotel Belmont
A refitting of the Catholic Orphanage for hospitality service created the Hotel Belmont. A hotel for military officers and their families was the social hub of Belmont. The hotel boasted an auto garage and stables for horses and carriages, as well as close access to the Missouri Pacific Railroad station. Rooms could be rented daily, monthly, or weekly at competitive rates with similar luxury stays in Little Rock.
